Saturday, June 4, 2022 36th Annual Cabin Festival in the NEW CRAGG CABIN A Day of Free Family Fun From 10 AM to 3 PM at Goose Lake Prairie State Natural Area See authentic pioneer crafts done by the Prairie Partners & Friends as they re-enact in authentic dress. Visit the NEW Cragg Cabin history exhibit & the prairie life presentations. The Food Tent will serve Beef Burgers, Brats & Hotdogs, drinks, chips & snacks for a nominal fee. Power Park your car in the north end of the parking area. Walk the trail to the Cragg Cabin or catch the wagon ride. Driving Directions: From Morris, take Route 47 south to Pine Bluff Road; then east about 6 miles to Jugtown Road and watch for the stone park entrance sign on your left. From Interstate 55, turn on (Exit 240) Lorenzo Road west about 7 miles to Jugtown Road and watch for the stone park entrance sign on your right. Park Address: 5010 N.
