ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES Prairie Blazing Star "An Insect Backpack" raffle will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Gift Shop tent. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each & six for $5.00. Ticket sales are in the Gift Shop until the drawing. (More information on our website) Winner may pick up the Insect's Backpack Prize after the 2:30p.m. drawing. The Pack must be picked up by October 5 or another winner will be drawn. NOTE: Cragg Cabin Will Not be open but take a peek in the windows. The Visitor Center is closed indefinitely. Driving Directions: Take Route 47 South of the Illinois River to Pine Bluff Road: East about 5% miles to Jugtown Rd. Watch for park sign. Take I-55 South of Kankakee River: take Lorenzo Rd West 6% miles: watch for park sign. Turn North on Jugtown Rd.
